We are just back from photographing Shirin & Bansi’s wedding in India so we are a little behind in our blog posts. While we were away, the month of January rolled into town bringing with it a new Delux Burger Celebrity Chef. This month’s celebrity is Stacey Brotzel from Breakfast Television on CityTV. Stacey’s burger is the ‘Burger with and Identity Crisis‘ featuring a healthy 7oz lean patty of Heritage Angus Beef, candied praline bacon, aged white cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and mayo on a whole wheat kaiser bun. Stacey has chosen to support and organization that is extremely close to her heart at the moment. $1 from every burger sold will go to the Alzheimer’s society of Edmonton. Be sure to swing by either location of Delux Burger in Edmonton to try Stacey’s burger which will only be on the menu until the end of the month.
